Hospitality starts with letting bar tenders serve food and attract customers. Get a grip.

Smoking is a proven health hazard as well as second hand smoke.

The first part of your statement is correct. The second is not. You probably made it as a result of all the lying propaganda you've been exposed to. The facts are to the contrary.

I just witnessed the local police department arresting the non-smoking anti-smoker littering drug dealer out my front window.

So I guess I will get my day in court against this particular anti-smoker littering drug dealer after all. But even if my assault and littering charges against him are dropped in favor of the more serious drug dealing charges it's still one less littering anti-smoker drug dealer out on the street.

I just love to utilize the same stereotyping that is so typical of the anti-smoker crowd, Ms nannystater.

I dunno what bar this is, lived in Cali for over a year, and people were smoking all the time in the bars I went to... even had a code word for "HIDE THE ASHTRAYS" in case they got raided...
