But the lawsuit accuses her foster parents, Donald and Patricia Stevens, CPS, and Arizona Baptist Children's Services - responsible for monitoring some foster children for CPS - of failing to protect the girl from repeated sexual abuse...
Hart said the lawsuit never alleges the Stevens knew about the affair, only that they should have known. And they would have known, if Planned Parenthood didn't put snuffing out children ahead of stopping rapists.

So many crimes...
The children were "neglected" at home.
Were they raped? Because that is what the state did to them.

The girl's case dates back to 1998, when the teen went for an abortion at a Planned Parenthood clinic accompanied by her 23-year-old foster brother, with whom she was having a sexual relationship. Planned Parenthood didn't notify authorities until the girl returned six months later for a second abortion,K/B> court records show. Golly. Iffen I didn't know better, I'd say the availability of abortion fosters irresponsible sexual behavior.

Anything to protect the Abortion Industry. Sick.

In court papers, Planned Parenthood defended not reporting the abortion because "it does not follow that the negligence caused damages," and "no reporting would have been required if she had been eight months older."
They actually said this in court??? It would have been legal if the circumstances had been different? The statutory rape was benign?
This is unbelievable.

Despite the language in the lawsuit, the girl's court appointed attorney, James Hart, said rape was not suspected. "There is no indication that (the sex) was anything but consensual," he said.
In fact, he said clinic workers didn't know the girl was having a sexual relationship with her foster brother Shawn Stevens, the Stevens' natural son who also lived in the home. The girl told clinicians she was impregnated by a 14-year-old teen, records show.
This girl need to demand a different lawyer...this one sounds like he's defending Planned Parenthood.

Neglected by her parent(s).
Ignored and neglected by her foster parents.
Raped by her foster brother.

The only thing Planned Parenthood cares about is the money they're getting from abortions. It's big business.

"Planned Parenthood"
a real piece of the modern deceptions and oxymorons!!
They have nothing to do with PLANNING (except if you call killing babies an expedient way of getting rid of a lifeform)or PARENTHOOD.

In the mid-70's I went to PP for a pregnancy test. When it came back negative I asked the "nurse" about birth control. She enumerated all the things wrong with the pill, IUD, condom et al. and concluded that I should carry on as usual. If I got pregnant she said I could return and they would "take care of it."
That wasn't meant in a cooing, diapers and formula way... .
Through the murk of youthful ignorance I sensed the operation was a slick masquerade for advocacy. I was right and almost 30 years later nothing has changed. It's business as usual.
