Holiday Message From The President

To the Men and Women of the Armed Forces
I send holiday greetings and salute our men and women who wear the uniform of our Armed Forces,
serving our country with skill, honor, and dedication.
All of you, our brave men and women who devote your lives to our Armed Forces,
help protect the ideals that make our Nation strong.
You deserve every American's gratitude and full support.
America's military will continue to receive the best training, equipment, and resources.
I am honored to be your Commander-in-Chief, and I join all Americans in expressing our gratitude
for your sacrifice and service to our Nation in this global war against terrorism.
May God Bless you and keep your families in his care, and may God continue to Bless America.

On Christmas Eve we paused to remember those who serve overseas.

Many of our service men and women will be spending their 1st Christmas away from home, family and friends.
Today military stationed in the continental United States will be celebrating Christmas.
It is because of their devotion to duty, honor and country that we will are able to celebrate Christmas.
