Forgive the slow response.
The timer went off for the roast beef after my last post, and I had potatoes to mash, gravy to create, rolls to brown, etc.
Good stuff consumed and leftovers put away - pot of fresh coffee just brewed, and I'm kicking back to enjoy a cup of it.
