Give it time and if the thread stays active there will be a few wingers to come online and tell you that Frist is a baby killer, owns stock/got wealthy from abortion providers, supports stem research, etc. They just haven't arrived with their dribble......

His votes seem to follow the pro-life prosition.

Lott's replacement is an improvement for us Republicans. So if NOW hates Frist, I am a happy freeper.

The Republican Party is making a huge mistake if they are assuming that reluctant apologies and a different face will camouflage their record of undermining civil rights.

Hitlery said nearly the same thing - must be the current dim talking points.

NOW is GONE. They have no more credibility. They are ghosts from the 70's and history.

After supporting a rapist in office, I suspect that NOW is pretty much irrelevant.

Let them cling desparately to Lott. The Bush juggernaut will roll on.

The first thing that needs to happen is that the tax-exempt status of this partisan RAT organization needs to be removed.

Some people think:

"Yeah, George W. Bush is pretty conservative. But he hasn't done any real damage."

Think again.

The Supreme Court decision in Bush v. Gore appointed George W. Bush to the presidency of the United States on Dec. 12, 2000, and he was sworn in as the 43rd president on Jan. 20, 2001.

Since then, the United States has taken a significant turn for the worse. Do you know how the actions of the Bush administration are affecting your rights? This website is where you can come to get the whole picture of the Bush juggernaut and find out what happened to the "compassionate conservatism," "bipartisanship" and "fairness" he promised when he wanted your vote. Find out what he's done—and what his cronies are advocating—on the issues you care most about.

And come to this website to take action on those issues.

Read all about it, then go to our Action Kit to sign up for "The Truth About George" updates and action alerts. Tell the media what you think, talk back to the Bush administration and get ideas for local actions you can do with others or as an individual.

Check back often, and feel free to share information you think should be on this site.

Can we all agree that had Kim Gandy's mother made the wise choice and aborted KIM, Kim wouldn't be so talkative these days???

Just about anyone who is unacceptable to the NAGS is just fine with me. I sure appreciate their overwhelming condemnation of Bill Frist. It gives me hope the GOP is heading back in the right direction. Time will tell.

NOW President Says Potential Lott Replacement No Improvement

OMIGAWD! NOW doesn't approve! Quick folks, back to the drawing board! Oh I'm so distraught I don't know my hole from an ass in the ground!

"Frist has voted against sex education, international family planning, emergency contraception (the morning-after pill), affirmative action, hate crimes legislation and the Employment Non-Discrimination Act.

Well daggone. Ol' boy don't sound too bad when you put it that way, huh...
