I don't see the point when an 8 1/2 x 11 form letter allegedly from the KKK proclaiming Byrd's accomplishments to the NAACP and like-minded loud-mouths and constituents would be so much more effective.

It would be dismissed as a crank. An actual white sheet--hundreds of them, one at a time--would have so much more 'presence.'
