OK, class... can anybody say "fraud?" How about "multi-million-dollar lawsuit?"
To: butter pecan fan
This show could be a commentary on how shallow and materialistic most American women are. If they really knew he was a construction worker worth $19,000 dollars a year, would these women even look at him twice if not at all?

OK, class... can anybody say "fraud?" How about "multi-million-dollar lawsuit?" I would think that Fox's lawyers had a very large hand in crafting all of the releases/contracts for the 'contestants'. They undoubtedly did their work very carefully.

"...a commentary on how shallow and materialistic most American women are.I have to contradict that statement. I don't know one woman who married for money. I married a wonderful man for love, who made nearly nothing at the time. He's brilliant--and not poor anymore. :)

More debris from the Clinton era...lie about sex.Everybody does it.Lie about money, everybody does it.What i can't understand is why anybody watches this stuff? I guess i never will understand that.See in the real world a guy that dupes people like this would be called a "con man".Now we have a network condoning the "con".Absolutely amazing.

O.K class can you say "Fools"
People so desperate to be on T.V they are willing to become absolute Asses.

Do the writers just sit around and try to think of stoopid shows?

"I would think that Fox's lawyers had a very large hand in crafting all of the releases"
Sure, but it is elementary that fraud vitiates the validity of any releases, and this has "fraud" written all over it.
These women are being set up for ridicule. Like the hooters waitress who worked hard for a Toyota and was given a "toy Yoda."
Can you say "intentional infliction of emotional distress"?
There, I knew you could.

Hey, what comes around, goes around. )
The ex from Spain parted ways for the MultiMillion Dollar portfolio who had to leave the States for Italy to have and keep her (til he gets fed up with her BS/antics):)
What comes around, goes around. When she is left alone, I will not be there for her. Oh well, lessons learned I guess. You "must" have a pocketbook of gold instead of a heart made of gold. :))

With the reality show taking a deceptive twist, the real question is, will reality fans decide duping unsuspecting women goes too far, or that contestants who seek fame and prizes through dating are finally getting their comeuppance? The real question here is whether anyone will learn a lessen from what goes on daily and every man talks about. Women and men who despitefully use one another are a dime a dozen and the good guys usually end up cleaning up the remains on the battlefield. I don't look down on anyone; but, at the same time, I've little use for allowing a goldbricker to latch on to me. Nor do I have much use for spending my life defending myself as not being like those who choose to act as refuse.

But maybe when the "winner" learns that the man of her dreams is a $19,000 a year construction worker she won't care. She will love the man and will not be concerned with what he does for a living and how much he earns.
Yeah.

Sorry, I didn't intend it that way.
It was just an expression.

This one might actually fly. Somehow I think a lot of people would enjoy watching a golddigger strike zinc.

To: I'm ALL Right!
I married a wonderful man for love, who made nearly nothing at the time. My wife and I have a similar story... she accepted my proposal when I was an impecunious college dropout... helped me turn myself around and go back to school... now I make more in a year than my dad made in his whole career, and my wife is pampered and she deserves every bit of it.
So not every woman marries for money, that's for sure.

I call upon all present to witness that I take you to be my lawful wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse,
for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health while we both shall live.
I love it! Way to go Joe!

Rupert Murdoch is to Western civilization what Bin Laden is to the world trade center,
when the history of the downfall of western civilization is written, FOX will probably figure prominently in the story.

I saw him when I was at the Fox lot a couple of years ago. Once in the commissary where he sped through, all heads pivoted as he walked by. And then a little while later my friend and I were walking back to her bldg. when he jets out of an office. It was interesting to watch him, he walked very fast with his eyes on the ground not making eye contact with anybody and jumps into his limo.

Sorry, I didn't intend it that way. It was just an expression. No problem. That's one big difficulty in text messaging -- the words don't always read the way that they're intended.
I just can't believe that a major corporation like Fox would put itself at such a risk without being very, very certain of their legal position.
