WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Bush administration has prepared a list of about two dozen terrorist leaders whom the CIA is authorized to kill if capture is impractical and civilian casualties can be minimized, senior military and intelligence officials said.
The previously undisclosed CIA list of targets includes Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden and his chief deputy, Ayman al-Zawahiri, and other principal figures from Al-Qaida and affiliated terrorist groups, the officials said.

"....Defence, what a joke, It's offence...."
Sablefish, I don't know if you like sports or not, doesn't matter....
The best "defense" is truly a great offense. You don't make touchdowns by doing great goal line stands. You make touchdowns, and win games, by overpowering your opponent and reaching your objective. Overwhelmingly, if possible.
You got a problem with that?

Will those agents authorized to kill be issued "00X" designations?

"So, sablefish, to answer your question, if being "an enemy of President Bush" means you are actively waging war against American citizens, you will be targeted for killing and your killing will be a legitimate act of war. That is not an "assassination". That is an act of war. If you do not want to die in an act of war, you will eliminate your chance of such a fate at the hands of the U.S. military by not waging war against the United States."WELL SAID! WELL SAID INDEED!
Does this Sablefish know sinkspur or Dane or mit or our other lurking NSA employees? Methinks we have another mole.
On the other hand, his comments are so absurd as to make one wonder whether he's just off his nut. I would think that since the change of administration the NSA lurkers on this and other websites like this would have been given other, more useful duties.

When will the "war on terrorism" be directed at us if we don't like the government? I see the obvious concern, but I just don't think she will ever command enough broad-based support to bring this fear to realization. With a little luck, she'll have to be satisfied with one term as New York's Senator. I don't believe that the Presidency is in the cards.

That's why he's known as 'unstablefish' around other parts.

"It's the worst of the worst," one official said. Was the official talking about the leadership of the DNC? LOL, my bad, they don't have any leadership.

Look you guys.. I am an American... Carter is an American.. The reason he lost was because of the un Americans... and their control over our media.. If you can't see it... or don't want to see it.. don't blame me.. I am just a messenger.

Jeeze things have changed around here.. excuse me for my time warp..I always thought that the Christian right was Christian.. and believed that killing was anti Christian..In fact.. Now that I think about it... why does President Bush consider abortions murder and Capital punishment something other than that?
None of you have an answer..guaranteed.
