Trent Lott is the one senator who is responsible for stopping the removal of Bill Clinton from office. As the leader of the Sentate, he told the house impeachment managers to "get real" and that the senate would not allow the impeachment of Clinton to go any further and remove CLinton from office. Trent Lott is the single person responsible for the continued presence of post-impeachment Clinton administration.

Trent Lott is a RINO. He started in politics as a Democrat and switched parties only in order to get elected. His bankrupst ideas and policies havehurt the conservative cause long enough. Trent Lott and McCain are both the same thing - Bad republicans and a discredit to the republican party.

FYI - Trent Lott is a 33rd degree mason - part of a vast conspiracy that includes the illuminati, the KK and the Bilderbergers.

Trent Lott is the Left's secret weapon against conservative programs. It was Trent Lott who first said to President Bush that the War on Terror Bills Bush sent before the Senate would have to wait for Lotts favored Bills of "higher" prioity. Only through public pressure did Bush get his Bills through the senate.

Trent Lott is the rotten apple in the bottom of the barrel. The fact that only radical parts of the left are making noise about him shows how useful he has been to the liberal powers that be. And it shows how cloistered the left's powerbrokers have become.

It would "Make My Day" for Lott to step down from any leadership position in congress. It would work out well if it were for his stupid comments, but for all the newbies out there, we have old axes to grind with this RINO.

Trent Lott derailed the impeachment process. Trent Lott is a traitor to the republican conservative casue. Trent Lott must go.

Phase two of this sordid tale will commence after Lott resigns as MJL.

I agree and it will be vicious.

I feel bad for Lott. I wanted him out as leader, but not in this unfair way.

If Miss. had a GOP Gov, resigning MJL would most likely satiate the wolves, but the possible upside of stoking this fire is too big. Surely a small army of enthusiasts have every remark and meeting of Lott's under the microscope.
