HOUSTON - Investigators with Children's Protective Services are looking into the case of a six-year-old girl who they believe could be in danger.
League City police say photographs confiscated from her home show the little girl was watching while her mother performed explicit sex acts.
The child's father is outraged because he says he tried to get something done six months ago. He told KHOU-TV he found sexually explicit negatives that included his daughter back in May.

"I was mad because my daughter was not supposed to look at that," he says. "She is not that age to look at that."
League City police say the pictures show the child watching her mother engaged in sex acts with another woman.
Last Friday, League City officers arrested 21-year-old Janie Melendez and charged her with indecency with a child. She was later released on bond.
The father says he showed the pictures to a CPS caseworker six months ago, but nothing happened. "That's nothing right," he says. "I don't understand why not."
CPS spokesperson Judy Hay say they investigated back then, but found no evidence of sexual or physical abuse.
"This child is telling us of a very appropriate life with her mother," Hay says.
Hay admits they could have done more. "We could have stayed involved with Mom," she says. "We didn't do that. We could have asked for drug and alcohol assessment. We didn't do that. We could have provided monitoring. We didn't."
The mother has agreed to let CPS psychiatrists examine the child. They will determine whether the girl should be placed in foster care.
You are so right! Recently had a 14 yr. old in our clinic with 5 venereal diseases and already had one abortion. Not all of our cases are quite that extreme, but the rate of venereal disease among teens is frightening.
There is nothing I can say without going into a rant that would keep me up 'til the wee hours of the morning.

Yep. All symptoms of a larger problem. We seem to be losing ground in the battle for the soul of our once great nation. More and more, it's becoming clear what de Toqueville meant when he offered up his observation that when America ceases to be good, America will cease to be great. Prophetic words that I suspect could be applied to most/all earlier advanced cultures. The Bible certainly makes no bones about the fate of degenerate societies, eh?

No, the school board will educate your children about sex in an open an healthy way... and even hand out condoms to protect them.

Actually, from Fort Worth, Texas. I know the case well.....
Nineteen years ago my brother married a woman with two children. A few years after that his stepson called CPS, or whatever they call it in NJ, and said he wasn't getting enough to eat. I think the stepson was about 14 (what boy ever gets enough to eat at that age). The social worker banged on my brother's door one evening and said she was investigating the case. After hearing the complaint my brother called the stepson down and told him to pack a suitcase because he was going with the nice lady from the state who had agreed to feed him. The caseworker left and he never heard from them again.
I agree, he seems more concerned than anyone else.
But the pictures told a different story. That's the point. Judy Hay is incompetent and most likely a liar.

Gezzz, ever wonder how the fundalmentalist Muslims view the kind of, "freedoms" we enjoy when they see this?
What might those alien cultures do and/or the extent they might go to stop that kind of degredation from ever getting anywhere near their peoples?

Methinks CBSNBCABCCNNPMNBC all took a long, hard gander at the immense amount of loot the filthy pornography industry dredges in on a daily basis?
They'all simply made a conscious decision it was about high-time they got in on the *action* so they wouldn't miss out on getting their cut.
