Got that right, everything that I read about Sobran, and many of his supporters, say that he is not only a consitutionalist, which I respect, but Also an all righteous Anti-semite, which just pisses me off.

Of all the peoples of the earth, I am least troubled about Israel having the bomb. I feel SAFER with Israel in control of an extensive nuclear arsenal.

I'm fine with Israel having nukes. I just would rather they didn't have so many of OUR nuke secrets. I don't live in Israel -- my family and I live in the US.

The facts of life are that Israel can be counted on to look after Israel -- even if their actions are not in the best interests of the US (or even directly counter to US interests)

I'd really like to know exactly where in the Talmud this is expressed, both literally and what the context is... I went to a Jewish day school when I was younger and interestingly enough, we never did read the part about how "all gentiles deserve death."

Other interesting passages include Sanhedrin 57, which has tidbits like

(i) Question: Whenever he is liable, the Tana says so!
