The Republican only has 62%? Forget it, she will never win with less than a 2/3s majority. The LA RAT rules clearly state that any Republican must have over 2/3s of the vote to win an election against a Democrat.

I'd like to know when NO parish tarditionally gets reported.The cynic in me says after all the ballots have been counted, yet...is it normally a late reporting area?
