Overall, I would say the most Republican parishes are St. Tammany, Lafayette, Ouachita, Caldwell, La Salle, Bossier, and Jefferson.

How about East Baton Rouge Parish!
Big turn out there as we speak!

I don't know what city. I just remember him saying on one of his cooking shows that he was born in Texas.

"Justin was born in Texas. LOLUh, no he wasn't:
Cajun" humorist Justin Wilson (who describes himself as part-Cajun) was born in Roseland in Tangipahoa Parish, near the Mississippi border.

if CNN starts talking about race and is smiling then you know exits are in and not good. So far CNN not really covering too much and no one there looks unusally happy.

LOL..... yep just 42 miles as the crow flies from Baton Rouge.

"Voter turnout disappointing so far
Turnout low in New Orleans
Associated Press
A local elections official says voter turnout was low this morning in Orleans Parish in the United States Senate race.
Registrar of Voters Louis Keller says he was disappointed by the relatively small number of people who voted in New Orleans. But Keller says he expects the numbers to swell as the day goes on.
Analysts say incumbent Democrat Mary Landrieu needs a big turnout in heavily black areas like New Orleans if she is to beat Republican challenger Suzanne Haik Terrell."

Now why would Justin lie on himself like that? LOL
To: ewing
Just took a tour of the DU freakshow and hardly any mention of the La election by the resident psychos.
Maybe they sense impending doom?
To: unspun
Thanks, unspun. This is good news. Turnout this morning was higher in my precinct than I would have expected (bad news since its about 69% Dem). I hope this keeps up.

A file on this forum, just pulled, showed CNN reporting a Landrieu lead. Does anyone know what happened? Is Landrieu now in the lead? There are still 4.5 hours for conservatives to get to the polls.
