Bill Clinton failed to lead the Democratic Party during last month's midterm elections, the Rev. Al Sharpton said yesterday, and the former president is now compounding the party's poor showing by blaming others.

"For him to say that the Democrats failed to bring out a message is wrong," Mr. Sharpton said in an interview with The Washington Times. "He was the messenger, he was the one out there and helped run the campaign, him and [Democratic National Committee Chairman] Terry McAuliffe. So how can he give an objective opinion with his subjective involvement?"

Bwahahahahahahahahah!!! This is SO funny. And race-bait Al is dead on. Lord, the Dims have truly falling to earth -- the ONLY one in their ranks who has cajones to rightly place the blame on BJ is Al. Bwahahahahahahah!!! What a truly, morally bankrupt party.

Go Sharpton! LOL!

Say what you will about Rev. Al, he's always good for a laugh when he plays himself. I had to LOL when he was the preacher in the "Mr. Deeds" movie.

"I can get white voters. I got white voters when I ran for Senate, I got dairy farmers, I got all kinds of people."

Yeah, including little green men from Mars.

"Sharpton Blames Clinton"

...Oh how delicious!

You'd think not only after Maynard Jackson was passed over for Terry McAuliffe for DNC Chair, and Harold Ford, Jr. or John Conyers or Charles Rangel passed over for Minority Leader in Congress for Nancy Pelosi, that people like Rev. Sharpton, Rev. Jackson, and other illustrious Black "leaders" would figure out that Liberal Whites don't give a 'RAT's patoot about them or anyone else. Anyone else that is, except those with the biggest campaign donation checks.

"Mr. Clinton said in a speech Tuesday to the Democratic Leadership Council that the Democratic Party lost the midterm elections because its candidates could not convince voters they could handle national security, and that the party was perceived as weak in the face of terrorism."

Clinton is exactly right.

No, not "exactly" right. It's not that the Democrats are perceived as "weak" in the face of terrorism, it's that they're perceived as terrorist sympathizers, and aiders and abetters of terrorists, which is a different thing entirely from merely being "weak" fighters against terrorism.

There's a vast difference between being an ineffectual general, versus engaging in behavior that borders on treason and selling out -- or at least pre-emptively surrendering -- to the enemy.

The highlight of that speech will be a proposal to spend $250 billion over five years on infrastructure revamping, a project he said would infuse the private sector with jobs and money.

Translation: "Mo money fo my homies who sell drugs out of their cribs."

Just an expansion of welfare.

Send a small check to his Pres campaign?....You could get more bang from your buck than sending it to the RNC..

You and I accurately see them that way. I don't think that most of the country does though. The point is that the dems think they can decide what the issues will be in the upcoming election. And they can't. It will be the war.

Hey Al, I thought you were smarter than that.

Bent willie got his money which was the whole idea to begin with. He is unable to utter a truthfull word, he lied to the American peolpe, he lied to world leaders so what makes you and the dumb-o-insects any different. You have to remember one thing, bent willie and crusty klinton will screw you and their own party as fast as the people who elected them in the first place.

The first black president had two Supreme Court seats to fill, and both times he hung up the "Blacks need not apply" sign on the application office.

He added that Mr. Clinton, who was famously described as the "first black president" by author Toni Morrison, was actually "the first beige president. If I run, I will be the first black president."

Clinton was the first white-trash president...

What can the dems do to bolster their Black Base
1. scare tactics about Lynching and Jim Crow --Wearing thin I hope

2. Reparations- and turn off the Indepenedents and even some white liberals

If their Black base falters their are done on the Senate and Presidential level . The black reps will stay in power but be relegated to irrelevance

Only the Jesse Jacksons amd Al Sharptons have power in the dem party and they turn off most other Americans What a delimma for the dems
