Michael Eisner has dropped a double bombshell on Walt Disney's shares by announcing a federal probe of its boardroom and a surprise earnings reversal.

The company last night said profits would be about 20 percent lower than it announced four weeks earlier, blaming a box office flop of its new holiday flick, "Treasure Planet."

Disney stock holders need those barf bags.

It is time to remove Disney from the Dow Jones top companies. Disney penalizes any of us would like to invest in the DJIA index or where our mutual funds invest in the DJIA.

Delisting Disney from the DJIA is appropriate and will contribute more to their downfall.

I see Gay Days at Disney have been a real profit-maker (/sarcasm off).

Below is an actual photo of a roving band of homosexual men at Disney World after dark during this year's "Gay Day."

_________________________________________________________________

Disney nightmare

Dear Mr. Eisner:

My family and I recently returned from a trip to your establishment. We even stayed on Disney property so we could experience the "Magic of Disney 24 hours a day" as stated on your video. This was a vacation that we had planned and saved for for many years.

This was a vacation that my children will always remember, but not because it was a magical family vacation, but because of Disney's Gay Day. You advertise a family theme park, but you promote a park for gays.

Had Disney done the responsible thing and announced that June 7 was to be Disney Gay Day, we would have planned our vacation at a more appropriate time for children. We realize that Gay Day was not officially sponsored by Disney, but was an event that has taken place for seven consecutive years.

We wanted to make our vacation full of good memories for our children. Instead I will tell you the memories our children walked away with. The number of gays attending was probably over 80 percent. Parents were leaving with their children at a steady pace at noon when we left. Many gays were wearing shirts with inappropriate sayings printed on them.

My children saw even more than the shirts. They actually witnessed gay people making out and fondling one another. This behavior is not accepted in the heterosexual world.

This is not what I consider a Disney "Magical Moment." We heard lots of inappropriate talk from gay people all around us. We witnessed a gay man making advances toward a boy who must have been 13 or 14 years of age while waiting in line with his two younger siblings for a ride. The boy was extremely frightened.

One of the things we are most angry about is having a gay man watching my 13-year-old son urinate when he went to the bathroom. After that he would not use the restrooms again. That is considered sexual harassment.

Gay Day was not to educate people about gays and their rights, but an attempt to solicit small children into becoming gay, as well as for gays to find partners. Having always been open minded and allowing others to choose their own lifestyles, we have to admit that this experience has certainly changed our minds where gays are concerned. Rather than just choosing a particular lifestyle for themselves, they were wanting to recruit children to their way of life.

Everyone has a right to choose for himself, but has no right to try to force this behavior on other people, particularly children.

Therefore, thanks to Disney and Gay Day, our vacation was ruined. The dream we had of a magical family vacation was shattered by the very company who makes that promise.

Had we been informed about Gay Day ahead of time, we would have chosen another time to go to Disney World or we would have chosen another destination.

While at Disney we called customer service to file an official complaint. We were told that someone from the company would be contacting us either prior to our checkout or within a couple of weeks after returning home. We left Disney on June 8 and have yet to hear from anyone from your company.

We resent the position we were put into as we were left with having to explain this situation to our children, who are fairly innocent of the gay world. Disney owes us some type of restitution in view of the lost vacation and money.

Actually, it is way past time. It's amazing how any duplicity by a Republican is reported ad nauseum but the media just look the other way with the Dems.

Let's see...the one that really gets my goat are all these Hollywood liberals complaining about Bush's environmental policies. Not a word out of them when clinton was in office and he didn't do a darn thing. And Robert Redford talking about getting rid of fossil fuels. Okay, Ordinary Bob, let's start with you...can the lear jet and the Cadillac Escalade and then you can talk. Oh, stop riding in limos wherever you go and start living a simple life in a small cabin with a well. Otherwise, shut the h*ll up. Same with Harrison Ford who preaches environmental policy but owns something like 20 motorcycles, 10 airplanes and a couple of helicopters. He was at the White House correspondent's dinner last year and he was there to complain that Reagan National Airport hadn't been opened to private planes yet and that is just such a hassle for him. Bffftttt! My blood pressure is rising. Time to stop the rant. LOL!

This implies that Disney's annual profits and long-term survival are dependent upon just one or two products a year. What sort of stupid business model are they using?

I have told you this real life story before.

The saturday before GW was sworn in I talked to a young guy, (in his early 50's) who had made a fortune during the Clintoon years buying the stocks of favored by the Clintoons and Jake Reno.

He told me that the moment GW was sworn in, all of these Rat controlled corporations were in serious financial do do. If I owned any I should bail out and to beware of the DJIA due to Disney and other new additions to the average.

He was so on target, it is still hard for me to believe. He has made a lot of money shorting Disney and other rat controlled corporations since GW was sworn in.

In a recent conversation he said that Disney and other rat controlled corporations are even in more trouble with the slow economy and the new disclosure laws which forced the head Rat Eisner to admit to his slimey misdoings and failures.

So we will see a lot more of these Rats in charge of corporations doing what the head Rat at Disney just did.

The good news is that these Rats no longer have millions to donate and divert through money laundering non profits large donations to elect and reelect Rat politicians.

"Yes, and our own private buycotts of Disney products have had a toll inspite of the Homosexual Rats at Disney laughing at us."

Exactly. Conservative boycotts of Gay Love Fest World promo products, combined with the stubborn idiocy of people like Eisner spells doom for corporate profits. Of course, only a true, free market capitalist would have understood that, and there is no such thing as a free marketeering, left-wing capitalist...in fact, isn't that an oxymoron?

Watching TeeVee with the kids, I've noticed boucoups marketing for this movie, but I can't fer the life of me figger out how Disney couldda ever thought this movie wouldda been anything other than a flop...the Mudrats (7 & 4) have both commented that it looks "STOOOOPID" although me and the Missuz are trying to get them to eliminate that word from their vocabulary.

I've got nothing against Disney as a whole, but I'll be glad when Eisner is inevitably eliminated from Power...he's apparently dumb as a rock or just hires folks who are!!

After reading you post, I have to say two things:

1: The photo at the top liiks like it ought to be a scene from "Attack of the Homosexual Zombies"... and

2: I now wish I hadn't deleted the obviously MUCH more appropriate descriptive of "NAMBLA World" from my first reply in favor of "Gay Pride World".

Sick...the whole thing is just SICK...and...and a DISGUSTING, GROTESQUE, DISEASED, PUTRID, DRIPPING, MAGGOT INFESTED EXAMPLE OF THE DEPTHS OF MORAL DECAY THAT THE LEFT WING HAS INFLICTED UPON THIS NATION!!

IT'S LIKE...THE MORAL BLACK PLAGUE!!

</end rant (for now)>

</caps lock off>

Sorry for hollering. Needed to vent a little.
