Just to clarify, these laws don't proclaim that homosexuals that get protected class status. It adds a category of "sexual orientation" which equally protects heterosexuals, as well. LOL. Let's be real. Do you think laws that protect against racial discrimination are used to protect whites from discrimination? Yeah, tell us another one.
Then the problem is with execution of the law. But its a flawed law, just the same.
