Currently, anti-discrimination laws are used to make quotas and provide 'diviersity' by basing hiring and college admittance on race more than achievement and abilities. Maybe the Supreme Court will make a dent in this application of the law, but from the looks of things, even if the Supreme Court does rule against the practice, universities will just stop looking at test scores and grades so they can continue their discriminatory practices.
