Reported five minutes ago -- no ther details yet found..
BTW, I did ask him. What do you think this is: "Who the hell is Maher? Does he have a first or last name and why should I care."
Trivial? I'm tired of people that waste my time through their posting laziness. How long does it take to add enough so only those people who have some interest are likely to read? If people are going to post an article or piece of news, ESPECIALLY BREAKING NEWS, why dont they think of the reader? They are posting for the benefit of the reader and not just to inflate their already heady ego's, correct?
can you say lies, smears, and a cover up? I new you could habs4ever!
Monaco prosecutor Daniel Serdet lied that Ted was on drugs in Thomas Sancton's Time article of December 20, 1999.
Of course Monaco's Princess Grace Memorial Hospital tested Ted for drugs and alcohol with results negatif negatif negatif.
This was shown on DatelineNBC November 21, 2000 in its "Who Killed the Billionaire?"
Dateline removed its transcript from its site shortly after, claiming "lack of interest".
The transcript is archived at
I wrote Thomas Sancton about this, but he never replied.
Daniel Serdet was adamant that he would obtain life imprisonment; then he retreated to twelve years, but was not able to get even that.
The ten years which gives Monaco face-saving cover may very well be transformed into probation in March.
The extorted false confession was maintained by the pretend defenders Georges Blot and Donald Manasse.
Yet they, too, were outmaneuvered; their attempts to bar Michael Griffith failed when brought to the attention of Secretary of State Colin Powell.
Michael Griffith was successful in his intercession on behalf of innocent American citizen Jim Williams held 1400 days in Ecuador.

Regardless of how you feel about the trial and Maher's sentence, can we all at least agree that Maher's and Safra's families deserve at least some sympathy for the losses they have suffered, and leave it at that?
Its just a suggestion - I'll shut up now.
This thread is a tragic comedy
Yessir (or yes ma'am).
