Someone explain to me just how that would be "discriminatory!"

The measures would also let people vote even if their eligibility is in question, subject to later verification.

This is so much BS, and you see it often in the RATS arguments.

"Later verification" is rarely performed, and if it is, the questionable votes are even more rarely thrown out. IF they are, it is far too late to affect the outcome.

In a non-Rat world (paradise), absentee ballots should be sequentially numbered, with each requested voter being assigned a number when he requests a ballot, so it can be later verified. The registration should be authenticated prior to the absentee ballot being given to or mailed to a voter.

Further, only proven handicapped, overseas personnel, etc. should even be allowed to vote absentee.

The absentee ballot, as I have previously stated is used by the Rats to scam the system....big time!
