On another topic, just heard on the news that Osama just "got dead again". The latest tape is a fake, at least the reviewers are 95% sure of it.

Shortly after this news broke, there was a report suggestingb that the tape had been made up of interspliced segments of actual OBL speech AND a stand-in, which indicated that the tape was a fabrication. That report was never repeated, and following reports suggested a high probability that it was OBL. Methinks some folks here want the public to think that OBL is still alive. IMO, he died in Tora Bora.

His confirmed death would not be a plus for the continued war on terror. The anti-war bunch would use it as a reason to stop.

I agree with you. Osoma is dead, gone, pufftt! History, never to be seen again. He is a buried deep crispy critter. He can't be found and if by some chance he was there wouldb't be enough to know it is a human body. GONE, HE IS GONE!

But, I agree, for some reason they (whomever they are) want us to believe he is alive, or it is CYA time just incase he surfaces.
