An Arizona man who received a "strange and mysterious" e-mail apologizing for the slaying of a Red Bluff cop launched investigators on the trail of an ex-Army private who was arrested four days later in New Hampshire. Okay, someone get Ms. Linda Sanchez's, congresswoman-elect from California, reaction to this news? I bet she will introduce a bill in the House whereby all ex-military personnel are required to undergo lobotomies as a condition of their discharge.
