Before heading to Crawford, Texas for the holiday, President Bush signed the 911-commission bill, which will allow an investigation into the 911 attacks, and help identify ways to avoid future attacks. Bush appointed Henry Kissinger commission chairman. The President joined First Lady Laura and their two daughters in Texas this evening. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Jan already has her tree up! We are going to TN tomorrow to see hubby's mother. She is the greatest cook so we are going to have a real feast. Have a wonderful holiday tomorrow and if you are traveling, have a safe trip.

Yeah, HSV and this area shuts down if there is a couple of inches on the ground! For some reason, we get more ice than snow. We went up there one year for Christmas when it snowed and it was pretty tough getting up those TN hills! It was interesting to watch the other drivers. Hubby has a Yukon so it is a lot safer to drive than other cars. Let it snow, let it snow!!!!
