If this continues to escalate, we are going to have a situation that will allow the opportunists at the U.N. to plant themselves on our border.

A historian, Castillo said groups such as the American Border Patrol and a militia organization in Tombstone "have no right to talk about the border issue."

Like it or not Free Speech is in the American Constitution, but then they would replace it with the Mexican Constitution which doesn't have it. These groups want to end the ability of Americans to protect their own private property since so far that's all these so-called "vigilante" groups have been doing. We have the right to stop trespassers on our private property but private property isn't something these Marxists believe in.

the flow of people coming into the United States whose only crime is to seek work.

Excuse me when specifically were the imigrationb laws repealed. Further, I know of no person who is trying to deport anyone who has legally entered the USA, gotten a green card worked hard and obeyed all laws.

Wrong. Last time that I looked, crossing the border illegally was a crime.

"But the main concern for Redwine is the country directly south of the United States...We need to help Mexico, not hinder it," she said.

I could not agree more,

Let's help them out by totally banning immigration from Mexico, sending back all those "job seeking" wet backs, and dropping pamphlets telling them just how they might go about fixing their own damn place before infecting ours.

I lived several years in and around Tucson, including a stint in Sierra Vista, I still have family living south of San Antonio, and I truely Hate to see this happening.

PS: Oh, by the way, since I now live in Los Angeles I'd be happy to provide authentic Huarachis, clever wood carvings, or odd spmelling leather work to anyone deprived of access to down-town Tijuana, it's moved to Broadway just below city hall.

There is no truth that the idea of Aztlan is to bring back parts of the Southwestern United States under Mexico, she said.

Weasel Words alert: No, the Aztlan people want to create a new country out of a big chunk of the American southwest, not return it to Mexico.

Castaneda said. "We are already giving instructions to our consulates that they begin propagating militant activities -- if you will -- in their communities,"
Where were their 'nads before they came here?
"...the sheriff and the county prosecutor have filed to protect immigrants."
Reason for the FBI to investigate their finances.
"Sutherland said...Once a person is in the United States, that individual has the same Constitutional rights as an American citizen."
An outright lie.
"The best thing to do is to take some of the billions of dollars being used along the border and send it to Mexico to build up their economy," the student said.
And the youth have no idea how Mexico's corrupt government vaccuums up every well-meaning aid dollar sent.
Keep your guns oiled, boys.

extreme right-wing groups want war with Mexico as a way to stop the flow of people coming into the United States[if you're not with us you're against us] whose only crime is to seek work...what an idiot, illegal entry is the only crime and we're not so sure about that!

Once a person is in the United States, that individual has the same Constitutional rights as an American citizen, she said.

WRONG!!! The rights we enjoy as American citizens are ours because we ARE citizens. An illegal alien is NOT a citizen of the USA, and therefore cannot have the same rights as a citizen, otherwise, the rights are of no value at all. If a person has full rights regardless of whether or not they've broken laws, then there can be no real penalty for crime, because a penalty requires that certain rights be taken away or suspended because they committed a crime. The Bill of Rights does not grant rights, it protects rights that are universal against the intrusion and violation of government. What most people refer to as "Rights" today are actually privileges, which can be conferred or withheld. To say that an illegal alien has the same Consitutional Rights as an American citizen is to say that citizenshiop does not matter, only your location on the planet matters. That's ludicrous!

It is not a crime to seek work, but it IS a crime to enter the USA illegally in order to do so, and it IS a crime to work if they are here illegally.

Funny how misplaced compassion for illegal aliens is supposed to trump laws that are already on the books, which need to be enforced. The solution to illegal aliens is to deport them, plain and simple! What part of the laws regarding illegal aliens being illegal don't these people understand?

-------------------------

That depends upon what the meaning of "is" is. Technically she is right. Mexico needs the invaded lands to remain a political portion of the United States to access federal funds and the power of federal office. But the area will become a de facto demographic and cultural part of Mexico that has the capacity to tax the United States.

"As for people who claim they have private property rights, Sutherland said while that is true, those rights cannot be used if it harms migrants"

Did he just make this up? OH, just make the law up as you go along...what the heck. Illegals are not "harmed" by being detained for the border patrol, not at all.

"We need to help Mexico, not hinder it"

We need to start insisting on reciprocal treatment if we are to be expected to yield an inch to illegal migrants. If U.S. citizens end up in Mexico without legal authorization they need to be eligible for assistance; free health care; an easy path to citizenship; automatic citizenship for offspring born there; a minimum wage equivalant to the U.S. wage; and property ownership. If this treatment is assured to those who cross the border into Mexico it will encourage upright people to bring their skills and knowledge and will be a tremendous help to Mexico. How about it Senoras Castillo y Garcia?

Castillo, the co-chair of Coalicion de Derechos Humanos, said extreme right-wing groups want war with Mexico as a way to stop the flow of people coming into the United States whose only crime is to seek work.

Bull-Hockey!

The last I heard, illegally entering this country and getting employed illegally is a crime, as is not paying income taxes or Social Security. Then, add to that the huge numbers that get illegal documentation, drivers licences under false pretenses, "free" public services and vote.

Enough is enough.

If people like this mumblefunk Castillo want trouble, they are looking in the right place. He's a liar and is aiding and abetting criminals, pure and simple - despite his high-fallutin rhetoric about rights.

Quite frankly, it's getting to the point where I almost hope violence starts. That way, it will attract attention and put pressure on our effete politicians to get this thing resolved in favor of Americans, not Mexicans. If they don't want to resolve it, we need to throw the whole stinkin' lot of 'em out and start fresh with somebody who does.

If Mexicans don't like their country, they can revolt and change it to their liking. We don't want them changing ours to suit their liking and we don't need their rampant illegalities disguised as "civil rights"!

Has any one asked this broad if Mexico will open its southern border? It is closed and armed by Mexican military to people coming from central America.
