No they do not.I won't be deported.I could point out that that has nothing to do with having rights or not but I doubt you care.

To: The Electricianno flame on you for posting,, just some feedback to the article
Last time that I looked, crossing the border illegally was a crime.
The Mexican government say's it's not, and it believes it now has authority over us.
To bad about what Isabel Garcia, who is the other co-chair of the group Castillo belongs to, "is the queen terrorist of the reconquista," would LIKE to believe... Mexico would LIKE to believe that all the illegals that are encouraged to cross the border are still MEXICANS.. sorry,,.... They start thinking like AMERICANS when they get here and they have NO LOYALTY to Mexico, they start voting REPUBLICAN.
Check the TEXAS voter data...

I could point out that that has nothing to do with having rights or not but I doubt you care. You're both right and wrong.
Everyone has inalienable rights granted by their Creator. Even those in Mexico were granted those right. They came from God, not a piece of paper like the Constitution.
However, our Constitution is one of the few in the world that recognizes the source of rights and attempts to form a federal government intended to possess only extremely limited powers. Powers that are not to be used to violate - but to protect the rights of its citizens.

You're wrong. While it's true illegal aliens have none of those rights, with the exception of legal voting,LEGAL aliens have them allAh, but we weren't talking about LEGAL aliens, were we? Legal aliens do enjoy most of the rights of citizenship, and the point is, they are here legally. So my statement stands.

I agree with everything you said. So, respectfully, how am I wrong?

I agree with everything you said. So, respectfully, how am I wrong? The Constitution was intended to protect the rights of the citizens of the union. The citizens - the posterity of those who established the union.

No, with all due respect, that's wrong. Anyone under the jurisdiction of the U.S. is afforded all the natural rights protected by the Bill of Rights. That includes unenumerated rights as expressed in the 9th Amendment. Of course when you break the law you naturally foreit some of those rights whether you are a citizen or not as long as due process is observed.
Citizenship confers certain privileges that can be modified or denied and are not available to non-citizens but natural rights are universal. They are said to exist where ever you are but they can't be addressed by the U.S. gov. unless you are under its jurisdiction. Conversely, if you are under its jurisdiction you should be afforded protection of those rights.
Illegal aliens have a right to due process and speedy justice. Cross the t's dot the i's and deport 'em fast. Keep records. Increase penalties for repeat offenders.

I just had to check out the Aztlan homepage. Quite intersting how they have disdain for the Jews as well.
I live out here in Salinas, CA and have to watch the following crap:
near roit over the arresting and deporting of "undocumented workers" who were acousting young girls on the way to school.
demanding the 20yr county plan not only include 40% of all new housing be for hispanic, oops I meant low income housing, but that the 20yr plan be printed in spanish.
City funded Cinco de Mayo parade, when the city refused to fund the Memorial Day parade.
First ever Mexican-theme Oktoberfest
Lastly, all the fuss about the little gangbangers killing each other.
Any wonder why my kids go to private school?

I'm most happy that groups like American Border Patrol,...Your candidate does not share your views, or more likely, he's too much of a coward to show his approval.

All I can say is that this administration is much, much more than a disappointment.

About a thousand years ago, cannibals came north out of modern day Mexico to feed off of the farmers of Arizona-New Mexico. Reconquista is claiming land Mexicans stole from the tribes of the North. Little changes.
First these criminal alien clowns should fall on their knees and beg forgiveness as they and their yankee accomplices are rounded up and jailed.

Agreed. Big time.

What candidate is that?Exactly.
Go cruise Pacific Ave. and relax.
Sorry, you lost me. Your anger is muddling your thoughts.

"No right to talk about the border issue"?
No right? How about Ammendment #1 to THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES?
Mexicans who come here are not terrorists, and most who enter illegally come for work (I've worked with a few). However, they are here illegally! They broke our laws. A small portion of them are here to deal in illegal drugs, but most just want work.
I am totally against ANY effort to "legalize" them as this would just encourage others to break our laws. There is a need in this nation for workers willing to do jobs that native citizens will no longer do. I strongly support more work visas for Mexicans, alot more. I strongly support more legal residency for Mexicans, alot more.
However, to reward those who break our laws? NO! I'd support a policy that allowed a 30 day amnisty for them to go back to Mexico and apply to come here legally. But to just say, ok, you win; our laws mean nothing? Not a chance!

Oh goody! Look who's back. Meester Low Rider his own silly self. The guy who only climbs out from under his rock (along with a half dozen other unfamiliar screen names) any time somebody talks about illegals. Where's your buddy/alter ego Avocado/VA Advogado? Do you really think anyone down here cares about Paco and Jose on their journey to that dream job picking lettuce in Salinas?
In case you forgot, hello again from Cochise County, Arizona. Ground Zero for 1/3 of the illegal lettuce pickers and drug smugglers north of Bogota, Colombia.
More to follow in the next 48 and you and your ilk are gonna need huevos bigger than a bull field mouse to answer in anything approaching a coherent fashion.
And just by the way, the finest woman I ever met is meztizo. If the men had 10% of her balls (go figure the odds of that), Mexico would be Paradise and all us white-assed gabachos would be crashing the border going south.
To: JackelopeBreeder
Wrong on all counts...just like the tool you're defending.
Do you really think anyone down here cares about Paco and Jose on their journey to that dream job picking lettuce in Salinas?
You, for starters.
