Good point. However, I do remember someone (here on FR, of course) saying the law will not be in effect for this runoff. Louisiana's Gross State Product will probably double between now and the 7th.

Jesse "the jock", "knock 'em up" Jackson does whatever he pleases and will continue to do so as long as the Justice Dept. and the IRS are gutless to call him to account.
