LOL. ru4, I don't think there are any heart-healthy foods in the Mexican menu. Maybe the shredded lettuce and tomatos. Salsa is not too bad, except for the salt.

Oh dear, I was off line again and took so long to reply to you both! What beautiful little birds! My scene here is somewhat more brown and grey and misty in color... If I had a digital camera I'd post a picture! Anyway, thanks for the lovely photo. The little birds swarm to the ground seed and tree feeder. So cute! BTW Pippin, good ideas for a thread. I'm not certain I can do it that fast, but I'll work on it! Here are some little chickadees like mine :)
