USO Canteen FReeper Style looking for people to help post graphics, links, prayers, jokes etc each day.
Full or Part time help needed.
Pay = Knowing that you helped someone in the military know that they are not forgotten.

Some of us spend hours on end in the Canteen, and others just post once.
Whichever you do doesn't matter, it's getting the message out to those we support that matters!"

Wow! 20 years old! That's great. I had one who made to 18 and she died a month after her birthday. My oldest now is 14 1/2 and the youngest of the brood is around 5 mos. All are spayed/neutered, except the baby, and she'll get her turn soon. We seem to have a sign out front that only cats can read that says, "Suckers live here. Come on in, strays". LOL!!!

No sun in Barrow until Jan 23rd. It dropped below the horizon yesterday, not to rise above until 1/23!

Me-Me can't climb my leg..........we had her front paws declawed when we got her;( she was a "free stray" from a local pet shop....she was about 1 year old when we got her). Not a nice thing to do, but, after what my 1st cat did, it was necessary!
She doesn't miss the claws, except when we have her ouside, on the patio, when she gets "radar lock" on a bird that landed in a tree! Then, its funny!
Even tho she doesn't have her front claws, she STILL tries to sharpen them n the furniture!

Where Have All the Grandmas Gone?
In the dim and distant past
When life's tempo wasn't so fast
Grandma used to rock and knit,
Crochet, tat, and baby sit.
When the kids were in a jam,
They could always call on Gram.
But today she's in the gym
Exercising to keep slim.
She's checking the web or surfing the net,
Sending e-mails, now she's really set.
Nothing seems to stop or block her,
Now that Grandma's off her rocker.
