The existential threat to American Jews is the hordes of anti-Semitic Moslem aliens living in or within a half-hour drive of the only four U.S. metro areas where 7/8 of all U.S. Jews live (NYC, L.A., Chicago, Miami) - not rednecks who don't live within a five-hour drive of any major Jewish population center.

And if it's not jihadism next in NYC, count on citywide Crown Heights from the Mexican illegals - who openly see themselves as "America's Palestinians."

I went to school with this guy in chicago. My brother was in the neighborhood when the shooting occurred that say. Even after the shooting many of the jews there are scared of guns and well since it is in chicago they couldn't have one if they wanted. But in my neighborhood, jews and guns......well that's another story.

As I eagerly — and somewhat naively — shared my insights within my community, I was hit with repeated fusillades of empty clichés: "The police are here to protect us" ...."You’re not in the Army anymore".... and so on. I do not mean to upbraid these good people: My community consists of kind, pious, God-fearing people who still adhere to traditional values,.....

In Vayikra (Leviticus) and elsewhere, the Torah unequivocally commands the righteous to defend themselves.

His community may be full of kind people, but it appears they need to brush up on their Torah.
