Dec 19 2001 - Malvo and mother were arrested by INS in Washington state, and detained for one month after the school reported them for not delivering transcripts. A different report says the mother raised a stink when she arrived in Washington state, and thats how the INS got involved.

Part of the reason is the border patrol supposedly learned these two were smuggled into this country by Muhammad, and that gives the illegals more rights than a stowaway.

Muhammad appeared dangerously delusional according to his cousin - Anderson, and she is eventually showed that his duffel bag contained a rifle and ammunition. She asks him to leave the next day, but agrees to hold his padlocked duffel bag for safekeeping for a week.

I wonder how many immigration lawyers are involved here. Why can’t these predators be sued by the families of the dead? Why can’t these b@st@rds be publicly identified as public enemies who profit as public defenders with our tax money letting loose criminals in our society? Have you noticed the Washington Post's reports that the staff at the YMCA in Silver Spring, MD saw Muhammad and Malvo work out several times in late August and early September? Have you noticed the report in last Sunday's Washington Post that a woman in Silver Spring observed the two in their dark car driving slowly along her block in late September, after the heat broke? You might want to add those things to your chronology.

September 21 2002 @ closing time - Montgomery Alabama - Muhammad / Malvo and a presumed a 3rd person commit a hold-up outside an ABC Beverages liquor store as the doors are being locked. A clerk is shot in the back of the head, it glanced off and exited her cheek. She survives. [this was probably the low-power .22 bullet] The manager is shot in the back and dies. One of these women were shot with the high-powered .223 Bushmaster. Police arrive and see Muhammad rummaging thru a purse, holding the handgun. No one saw anyone holding the .223 Bushmaster. A third person assists their escape using the blue Chevrolet Caprice. The .22 caliber Magnum was dropped in a chase, and found under leaves in October.

What I want to know is if they were at the Islamic training camp in marion, AL, just outside Montgomery. What do you think?
