He should ask Pres. Bush. Bush has nicknames for everybody! I recall an article where Bush only made up nicknames for people he liked. He never had a nickname for Hillary.

Actually, in the Bay Area, we refered to her as... "Horse Teeth" Does that mean I can't call Greta on Fox News "Greta Van Horseface" any more?
