Hypothetical
The year is 2001, Al Gore has been sworn in as President
(fastforwarding a few months....Brit Hume has an exclusive interview with Osama Bin Laden on September 10, 2001....Hume: "So, Mr. bin Laden, would you ever consider an attack on 'the infidels' - Americans - on their own soil, the territory of the United States?"OBL: "And why should I? They have Al Gore and the Democratic party in control. They will tear it down better than anyone else ever could. I consider these men my allies"

It's all in ones perspective, right Dems?

I want to see them putting people of ambiguous sexual orientation and radical political stripe into leadership slots. Well, Hillary will be running for President in 2008.

Projected results in the congressional and Presidential elections . . . ?Complete and total conservative victory.

Pelosi for Minority Leader! Yes, yes! And let's do what we can to keep Terry McAuliffe in charge of the DNC. He's doing a marvelous job (for us).

"...Well, Hillary will be running for President in 2008..." Yeah, that'll be good for a laugh...
But, if she could manage to steal the election, it would likely lead in fairly short order to uprising.
I want to see these village idiots showcased in positions where they aren't the rapid proximate cause of a civil war.

I will have the honor of voting for Suzanne Haik Terrell on December 7. I am really looking forward to driving the final nail into Mr. Daschle's coffin.

I want to see them putting people of ambiguous sexual orientation and radical political stripe into leadership slots. Here's hoping the Dems will scour DU to fill high-profile leadership positions in the party.

Add keeping our old friend Terry as Chairman of the DNC. After all, they can't fire him because he's doing it pro-bono. They can even recruit more "volunteers" like Streisand and Baldwin to help get the word out. And a little more tv face-time for members of the Congressional Black Caucus. They always add another layer of intellectual depth to understanding important things like why the astronauts left the flag on the moon instead of mars, migratory patterns of sharks in the Atlantic, etc.

There is only one choice as minority leader of the Senate:
Babs Boxer of Commiefornia

Until I saw that segment I had forgotten about that episode. But Kristol was right on, I believe. The Dems ALSO knew they were in trouble after that happened.
And I believe that the Paul Wellstone "memorial" sealed the deal and gave us the one senate seat we needed to put us over the top (and out of the reach of still more RINO treachery).

A check is on the way from Florida. I encourage
ALL
FReepers to donate at least 10 or 20 bucks at a minimum to her. We need to get rid of that commielib in Louisiana and cement Bush's tax cuts for eternity.

Yes, you're right on your summary. Saw the show last evening and I've been trying to guess who was the "senior" democrat Kristol was talking about. The only name that kept popping up was Lieberman. Just a hunch.

Wonder if the judge candidates that were abused and mistreated by the Demos can be brought back for a full Senate vote? Is it once rejected always rejected? It would do my heart good to see them come back for an up or down vote!

Democrats are ABSOLUTELY dependent on the Black Vote
I think that 2000 and 2002 was the high water mark for getting them to the polls and it will be harder from here on out
If so the dems are dead in the water
MASTER POLITICIAN (yeah right ) Clinton and his cohorts have given the GOP ( despite their wussieness) control of congress and the presidency
