Anyone with information on instances of fraud should e-mail the ACU at voterfraud@conservative.org so the details can be forarded to DOJ.

THIS CANNOT STAND!!!!!

Something is not right when you have districts that don't report for more than 12 hours after the polls were closed. I mean what the hell is going on there??? This has to be investigated.

I'm not sure a recount is going to change the results. It would most likely be just a recounting of the fraudelent votes.

Imagine That! The last of the counties to report have a result totally at odds with the rest of the state...and just enough to put Johnson over the top. What a joke.

THIS CANNOT STAND!!!!!

It better not. The Pubs better get real tough here.

Forget the recount, look into voter fraud.

Kurt Evans had pulled out of the race and told his supporters to vote Thune. Just wish they would have taken
his name off the ballot.

A recount under the supervision of the Justice Department and the U.S. Marshal's Service might uncover some fraud, but I don't know if it will be enough to reveal the kind of shenanigans that could alter this race.

Tommy made sure that his Indians got registered. What surprises me is that as many Republicans apparently voted for the Obstructionist as they did.

I don't think we can reverse this decision, even with a recount, so there you have it.

Which means:

Keep Missing Linc and the other RINO's happy with the Little things (making sure that Chaffee's pet projects get taken care of; giving Specter plenty of face time with the President: it's the little things that count)

Go all out to create a dump-Landreiu coalition in Louisiana. LA is a Bush state. Our candidate down there, Terrel, is a fireeater. Win this thing, no matter what it takes. We must pad this majority.

Stroke Breaux, Ben Nelson, Zig Zag, and other Southern and Western Dems to bring them on board for important votes. Don't hesitate to horsetrade. Take 3/4 of the loaf now to get the whole loaf in 2004. Build a record of achievement.

Put Saddam away: nothing succeeds like success.

That's my input.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

What's the story on statewide absentee ballots in S.D.? According to an editor of Roll Call on TV this morning, those are counted after the walk-in votes have been tabulated.

As for fraud, the F.B.I. started an invesitgation of vote fraud on the Indian Reservations before the election, has already gathered substantial evidence and made at least one arrest, of a contractor hired by the Democrat Party. As for the recount, it will be down-and-dirty, and bloody.

Last stop is the Senate itself. It is the "sole judge of the ... election of its Members." It can do its own count, and can even reverse the "official" count that comes from S.D. (The House did that in 1984 (?), seating a Democrat when Indiana reported that the Republican had won.)

If Trent Lott has a spinal transplant, or the Republicans have a leadership transplant, Thune will be seated in January, 2003, and that's that.

The ACU has a project on this matter. You may want to work with them on this one:

From what I gather, something smells in South Dakota.

Once Geronimo voted for Johnson, all the other Indians followed suit. Thune didn't have a chance after that.

I don't know, Quilla.

"We have a squeaky-clean election process here in South Dakota," Tim Johnson, a minute ago on FoxNews. Thune has not conceded. This could get interested. No more concessions to Dem. fraud for the GOP!

"--thanks for nothing, Libertarians,--hope you are happy with anti-gun weasel Clintonoid, D'Arschloch Johnson--"

I agree with you. I've watched this same scenario play out everywhere over the years. It hurts bad in South Dakota. I remember how ten thousand voters chose NONE OF THE ABOVE in Nevada and allowed Harry Reid to slip back in with only a 576 vote margin. It makes me sick. I'll repeat your sentiment....thanks for nothing, Libs.

Well it looks like you got everything figured out for the next two years. Hope you are right. However, I doubt we will get 3/4 of the loaf now. Not with this president. My expectation is that we might get a 1/4 and if we are lucky in 2 years get another 1/4. And when you mention RINOs I'd put George on that list too...Reagan he is NOT!

AW: This is a 528 vote difference. In a recount, we should see what "quality control" existed on the reservation, etc.
