Unless I'm mistaken, both are divided this time of year between EST and CST, so results will come after 6pm CST.

Thanks for the ping....had a bath, got my jammies on, sugar-free cherry kool-aid and cigs near-by....Im ready!
BTW....Im a nervous wreck and may start with the adult beverages soon!
I think we can conclude that Jeb Bush is NOT in a 51-49 dogfight, because if it was that race would be dominating TV discussion, with a wink, wink, nudge, nudge twinkle in their eyes.

Carl Cameron made some hints. I think I got them all:
The hints were (I think I got them all):
Coleman having a very good night. (Min)
Strickland took much better advantage of the early voting system and it could be a long night for Allard (Co)
Both camps say Prior has had a strong vote turnout (Ark)
NH- too close to say.
Cleland is looking at a long and dreary night (GA)
Dems are saying the black turnout for Carnahan has been disappointing (MO).
Both camps saying Johnson's turnout efforts have been more impressive (SD)
Both camps saying that the late surge from Bowles "may be decisive". (NC)
Both camps saying Cornyn will win. (TX)
Later, during the Grapevine, Hume characterized Arkansas and New Jersey as "not particularly close". He characterized Colorado as "a cliffhanger".
Barnes and Kondracke both think Bush's strategy this election was good, and have pretty much said the House has been held. Juan thinks Bush paid too high a price.
Returns coming in 15 minutes in Georgia. Polls also close in 15 minutes in NH and some other states.

And election results for
Texas.

don't worry about NC just yet - they have this voting system there that keeps the voters from the pollsters so the exit polls are always way off. probably tighter than one might expect but I can't see the state that perpetually sent Jesse Helms to the Senate opting out for Erskin Bowles no less.

I'm listening to the Round Table on Brit Hume's show and feeling some negative vibes -- they seem to be talking too much about the effect if the Dems pick up a couple Senate seats, will this look bad for the President after he campaigned?
Do they know something we don't? I'm worried about Dole in North Carolina.
Words of encouragement anyone?

I did the adult beverages on Election night 2000 and literally cryed over my beer during HIllary's speech. It was so painful.

All this nervous tension and waiting, waiting, and more waiting. Makes me wonder how many babies will be born 9 months from today and named Jim Rob or Ima Freeper.

Brit keeps calling Democrats "Dims," but that may just be his accent.
I got to hear Shep Smith say "blow job" yesterday, though.
