The VT GOP took a drubbing in the legislature yesterday.

Displaced MA voters? (Well, they already came close to ruining NH.) I'm from MA myself, and I am embarrassed by the MA liberals who ruin one state, move somewhere untainted once they made MA unlivable, and proceed to taint.

It looks like two counties are in Hamlin currently going 54% to 46% good guys.

Then there's Shannon county. 4 Precincts left... 89% to 10% demonRATS.

This is going to a recount.

CNN calls it for COLEMAN!!!

Yes, but is Mondale going to concede... otherwise, they can call it for anyone they want.
On an aside - if Mondale concedes, is it legally over at that point?... as in stop the counting?

At least with the 51 majority, we don't have to get into this power sharing crap...

according to my exhaustive modelling (only slightly less accurate than voter news service) I see Thune winning by less than 50 votes...until the courts get involved.

Based on the previous 6 pres., Johnson will gain 1004 on the remaining 4 indian reservations in Shannon with Thune gaining 32 in Hamelin. This would give Johnson the win by 73 votes! This one is going to be CLOSE as H***

Yes, the stupid pregnant pig measure passed in FL. Expect it next in the big hog raising states (it was apparently just a flutter by PETA to see if they could get it passed in a state without a big hog industry).

I guess now the sows can go out and buy some maternity clothes at Saks. Or run free through the tall grass naked.

My calculations say Johnson gets 1007 in the remaining 4 indian reservations, but Thune gets 117, netting 889 for Johnson. Pickup of 32 for Thune in Hamelin means 857 pickup for Johnson. Current margin is 896. Thune wins by 29 votes.
