Is it normal for Indians to vote 95% Democratic?

Only if the Republican is having a good day. :-)

How about the Michelle Harbeck? The way she polls, I think she has a future as a Democrat.

Do you really think Mondale is finished? What about the other 300,000 ballots. Gosh I am confused.

It also depends on how many folks died in the last few weeks :)

Looks that way. Maybe that's how Daschle got in.

Any three voters of a precinct can petition for a precinct recount; a candidate defeated by 2% or less (district races) or 0.25% or less (statewide races) or the candidate’s political party can petition for a complete recount

From SD Stat §12-21-1 et seq.

This is looking better (knock on wood). 1,400 votes doesn't sound like much (and it isn't). But in a state like South Dakota it may be substantial enough.

I have to cut out too. I think it's obvious that Coleman's won Minnesota; we'll probably get Louisiana, and at the worst we can demand a total manual recount in SD that we'll go over with a fine-tooth comb. Plus the RATS are psychotically despondent. So I can go to sleep happy.

Nytol!

Just under 5% left in Minn with a 3.9% Coleman lead, almost impossible to lose IMO for Coleman
