Coleman starts with about a 40,000 vote advantage through the absentees. Does anyone know if they are already included in the Coleman tally, or are they set aside for a while?

Exactly. Does anyone know which areas are in, which are out. I had heard conflicting info that mostly rural counties out, but DFL saying it's the urban counties that are still out (scary).

The first Indian precinct reported and Johnson made up 400 votes. 9 more of these precincts to go. He may have a lead after this and then there is still half of Daschle's district to count.

I'm pretty sure that state term limits have already been challenged in the courts, and were upheld. That's why, for instance, Willy Brown had to step down from the general assembly. If not for term limits, he'd still be plaguing us from Sacramento, instead of just the locals in SF.
