Ohio District 3 - Mike Turner (R) moving slightly ahead of Rick Carne (D). This is a seat that was held by Dem. Tony Hall whom Bush appointed to a UN position. If Turner holds, it would be a pick up for the Reps.

No, the way to look at it is that Lautenberg/Torricelli is a Dem HOLD, but Chambliss would be a GOP GAIN.

If/when they call that one, it is GOP up +1.

MSNBC: Arkansas Supreme Court vacates lower court order to keep polls open extra 90 minutes. GOP can now challenge any and all ballots cast after the original closing time.

Sheesh, we're winning house seats and they are going to uphold the law as well? :-}

Looks like a good night for our side MH.

OMG! Bingo is gaining on McCallum! I can't take much more of this. If Milwaukee hasn't reported yet, we're in trouble.

If I were a dem I'd spin it that it's just due to 9/11. Country rallying behind Bush ... Actually could be some truth to the corollary - after 9/11 the sheeple want grown-ups running things. But the night is still young. There is still time for the dems to steal some votes.
