That's right . This is the 1st time you have voted in Fla ! It can get pretty testy ~ depends upon the location of course .
Like you we voted no on those constitutional amendments . Each time we voted over the last 10 years the crowds seem to be larger and more agitated .
Pigs indeed Nauti nurse . I could not believe it myself .

Voted in PA -- both my son and I held our noses and voted for RINO Greenwood -- polling place in our small Suburban distrtict was busier than usual, I always vote around the same time of day and am usually voter #30 or 40 -- today I was #112

Voted in McLean, VA for REPS Warner(Sen) and Wolfe. Emphatic NO on proposed sales tax hike. Moderate turnout in a predominantly REP district. Wife and daughter will vote similarly later. Dem Govenor Warner, real estate developers, and some Reps (Davis) are supporting the sales tax increase for Northern Virginia, which supposedly will be dedicated to improving the transportation infrastructure. Hopefully, it will be defeated despite a massive campaign effort to support it.

Just finished voting here...I was 190th. My husband voted this morning before work (four hours ago) and was the first one to vote.
We are a relatively small precinct outside Tulsa. The polling place was full of elderly people hunched down over their ballots reading them just like they were at a senior citizen center reading the newspaper.

"We need you to spend today getting other likely conservative voters to the polls. They'll be time enough to check in when the polls are closed."
I AM patting myself on the back....got three of my friends voter registered who have NEVER voted...and they are all Republicans!!!YEAH for me!!haha

Voted this morning in No. Virginia for John Warner, Frank Wolfe and NO sales tax increase! Sadly, there wasn't a line.

Yes, agreed. We have rain statewide in Louisiana including Landrieu's stronghold of New Orleans. We're praying for a runoff.

Yes Sir, Reporting from California -
Voted on my way to work, straight Republican - except for some a$$hole running for school board. However, I made the decision to accept him graciously on our school board if the Good Lord will deliver Simon to us as Governor.

I remember you from an old thread I have bookmarked. Vote Green?I did vote for a couple of Green buddies in races where it wouldn't make much difference but I didn't vote for no Dummycrats.

You will get your wish on the runoff. Here in Minnesota I have talked about 6 persons, all women, into voting Coleman over Mondale. His nastiness yesterday in the debate made it an easy sale.

And probly in several places too !!
Unlike the liberals and the amnesty illegals, I know that voting in my current situation is a deportable offence, it's too bad that a blind eye is turned to that kind of thing...I wish to stay here in the USA so I choose to obey the rules like a responsible adult.
Good luck to everyone..hope we send the RATs scurrying ;P

Voted absentee in Cali. Held my nose and voted for Simon. Voted "Hell No" on all school bond issues.

Just voted! Took my mother and we went down to our precinct; we were 875 and 876 voters. My husband voted early; and just as I was going in the door, my niece called from Boone to say SHE had just voted -- STRAIGHT GOP -- without me even MENTIONING it to her -- I am SO PROUD right now! Got two stepdaughters and two sons-in-law to the polls, too! (Didn't remind the "outlaws" -- they still believe Clinton is going to "tax the rich," which, of course, is THEM!!!)
