ZOGBY's FINAL NUMBERS- released to subscribers tonight 9:45 to Midnight

ZOGBY's final numbers (which include polling from tonight) will be made available to subscriber's only between 9:45 PM and Midnight. I am a subscriber and will update my fellow freepers ASAP after getting the latest numbers. I have listened to Zogby a lot today and he seems to be indicating a swing back to the Republicans after suprisingly poor republican numbers this weekend. One note, Zogby does internal polling for Sunnunu and will not release these numbers unless Sunnunu is up beyond the margin of error- something to look for. I was pessimistic this weekend but now believe- Repubs +1 if we hold Colorado.

These are not Zogby's numbers....Some weren't. The 2 I quoted I think were his. I know the SD and Texas polls were his. One may have been Quinipec. (sp?)

They sound like the same numbers... Are these his new predictions?

After what I saw in the USA Today polls....
Here is what I think.
House GOP 229 Dem 205 IND 1
Senate GOP 51 Dem 48 IND 1
GOV 25-25 a tie..
There is a 50% chance LA goes to a runoff.
Zogby is just catching up to Harris /other state polls...

Zogby sounded alot more confident about Thune winning when he was Ingraham's show.

My post was a recap of what he said on MSNBC with Chris Matthews a few minutes ago. Seemed to generally be based on his own polling.

Doesn't sound like a change to me? Didn't he have the same results last weekend?

While we wait...
Last week-end was great here in Sioux Falls, SD. Started Saturday at a GOTV rally in the morning. Met (and got my picture taken with) J.C. Watts and John Thune. Great guys. Saturday evening, hugh rally (SRO) started with the Pledge of Allegiance, and a wonderful prayer.
Never have I seen so many people so excited to vote and get out the vote. This was happening in churches and halls all over SD.
The dems won't know what hit them, we have a lousy track record in this department, but that has changed. And the weekend ended with our wonderful First Couple visiting our fine city Sunday night. It was wild. No lack of energy here. Any polls seen so far probably can't reflect the bump from that. I am driving people to the polls in the morning and doing some poll watching in the afternoon. Nearly every pubbie I know is doing something for the cause.
Anyhow, just to let you know that at least this South Dakotan is very optimistic.
Don't put too much clout in any polls.
VOTE!

Lots of clear fluids...and not the grain alcohol...or is that what ails you? >8-)

Can't remember all numbers from last weekend. He clearly was trying to give up to the minute updates, though, not just a rehash of past polls.

FELLOW LIBERTARIANS, VOTE REPUBLICAN!!! THE STAKES ARE TOO HIGH!!!This is one Libertarian who is voting for Republican until the day when the two major parties are Republican and Libertarian. Down with the party of Slavery!

MN is going to shock the WORLD!!!!!!!!!

If he's giving this info out on TV, I'm glad I'm not paying for his Polls.

Zogby playing to show audience. Ingrahams show Rep paints bright picture for us. On Mathews show paints nice picture for Dems. Bottom line, hedging his bets so he can say thats what he called.
All this tells us is that its too close to call and turnout is everything!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zogby's numbers are by far the most favorable towards Dems of the major pollsters. Mason Dixon had Coleman up 6. Gallup had 5 of these races with R ahead.
I don't see how Zogby can be an expert on voting patterns in all 50 states, and tend to trust in-state pollers like Cirulli, ARG, et al a little more.
In any case, I'd rather go into tomorrow thinking my vote is needed to break the tie, rather than we're ahead and I can stay home!!

I'm almost positive he was saying 51 Dems last weekend... I pray he's wrong...
I mean in CO the Rep Gov is going to win by 20 pts and Allard will lose? I mean that sounds kinda impossible to me...
