I hope the taxpayers of KS won't have to support these two much longer. Perhaps we can get the EPA involved to stop the air pollution caused by their continuing to exhale.
Thanks for the ping, KS.

I love it. They even got them for killing the dog! Way to go, JURY!

Killing that dog, could be the death penalty or worse in some Kali courts.

Well
'bout time only been waiting two years for this verdict
now for the years of appeals to end so the new liberal Gov. in KS can pardon them.

Excellent news, thanks for keeping this topic available!

Looks like some bizarre before/after makeover.
Maybe the "after" picture requires he be plugged into a powerful electrical source...?

You realise, of course, that you have just committed a crime.
Not sure exactly what the charge would be, but I imagine something like 'conspiracy to murder'.
And you have publically confessed to taking part in it.
[sigh]

If you ever do something like that, you'll be wearing the same orange jumpsuit. That's conspiracy to commit murder.

I'd cool that stuff if I was you, Doc. It sounds very macho now, but you may live to regret it if somebody actually does do the right thing to one of these birds.

DON'T SAY THAT!!! I've been hoping, praying, and fasting all to get Shallenburger elected. I'm confident he'll win.
I wonder why Shallenburger didn't make Sebelius's lack of support of the death penalty an issue in the campaign?

I was channel-surfing when I found the coverage of the verdicts. I had to let out a bitter little laugh when the woman at the Court TV news desk said these crimes "shocked the nation." Uh, doesn't a crime have to be covered by the media in order to "shock the nation"? I certainly never would have known about this horrible atrocity if I didn't have cable and, more importantly, internet access to FR.

I think Shallenburger was to busy playing defense to go on the offense untill it was to late I hope and pray that I'm wrong I really do.
