U.S. intelligence agencies are on the lookout for terrorists from the Palestinian group Hamas to carry out attacks in the United States. The group has been blamed for numerous deadly bombings in Israel.
An intelligence report sent to Bush administration officials recently said the group, also known as the Islamic Resistance Movement, is expanding outside Israel and targeting the United States, according to intelligence officials.
"Hamas is planning operations in the U.S.," one official told us.
Hamas was formed in 1987 as part of the Muslim Brotherhood, a radical Islamic group. It is based primarily in the Gaza Strip and some areas of the West Bank.
The group has not carried out attacks outside Israel but does fund raising abroad, including in Europe and the United States. It is backed financially by Iran, Saudi Arabia and other Arab states.
A U.S. official said the intelligence report is "uncorroborated," but noted that the threat "is something to be taken seriously."

Israel expelled the leaders of the Hamas during slick willie's first term. He DEMANDED that Israel let them back into the country. The Israel hating media here in the US showed the 'poor' Hamas folks sitting in the desert by a small campfire.....trying to elicit pity for them.

Yep, it's the 2000 election map superimposed upon a map of Islamic terrorist cells in the U.S. I don't know if those terrorists actually voted (although it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they did), but the map definitely shows that terrorist cells are far more numerous in DimoRat controlled areas.

I can understand the left not closing the boarders. They're like little kids who want everyone to come to their birthday party. They don'ty understand the threat.
What I can't understand is why the adults aren't closing the boarders. They know better.
Maybe they're waiting to take the Senate first. That way they can do what they have to do without the kids getting in the way.

These groups seem to think that threatening us will make us stop supporting Israel.

Yeah, just ask the Barbary Pirates how we responded to their demands for tribute. Or the British when they were kidnapping crew from American vessels. Or even Qaddafi after his line of death bluster (Score: U.S. Navy 4 fighters, three missile boats; Libyans 0).

Should Hamas "attack" America, it will succeed in several things, among them: awakening Americans to the deadly threat posed by Islam in America; strengthening the 2nd Amendment; and enforcing our laws on immigration.

Not to mention that Hamas and its supporters will be declared illegal in the U.S.A.

So bring it on boys.
