Love the way the media and the DFL call the absentee provisions articulated by the AG and the Secretary of State a "plan." It's the LAW.
RATS just don't like this law. Well, tough. Death's a bitch in elections. And they are attempting to screw all other candidates across the spectrum in down-ballot races.

Good grief, AG Hatch is not prenting his arguments very well.
Equal protection is the current issue. "We can only do your best, but there is no provision in our laws that address the issue of not being able to get ballots back in time."

Governor The Body doesn't want his 'legacy' to end with this democr@p bs, being swayed away from the dfl at the Memorial/DNC Convention he left midway through. Hatch has to live with all of this, assuming he wins re-election.
