Love the way the media and the DFL call the absentee provisions articulated by the AG and the Secretary of State a "plan." It's the LAW.

AG is raising the issue of military ballots and referring to equal protection problems. He seems to be adhering to the statute generally...woman Justice (I believe the Chief Justice) asks about the Constitutional issue. Justice Page asks specifically about absentee ballots that have already come in - "do they get counted"? Hatch says statute says they get counted. Page doesn't seem to like that answer - seems to be making the point that the 'rats are trying to raise equal protection issue to throw out the absentees
