I don't think that this has been posted, but, both young women were forced to perform oral sex upon each other. I won't use the language that these beasts were using, it's very graphic. The young man that was going to be a priest refused to perform sex on HG, (the living witness) so one brother hit him on the head with the gun and gave him until 11:54 pm to perform. He was unable to get an erection, so the beast started counting down, 11:52, 11:53, etc. Then, he was beaten with the golf club. MY BLOOD IS BOILING!

To repeat some points from from an earlier post of mine: I think we best prepare ourselves for a bitter dissapointment here. The description of the jury does not look promising. There are a fair number of people there who "have no opinion" on the death penalty ("moderates," I guess), and one of the two black jurors made a blatantly prejudicial remark about how unhappy he was about black males being in prison - which should have automatically disqualified him. A number of black and leftist groups openly advocate their members getting on juries to thwart any convictions for non-white perpetrators. (As they are from the "oppressed" they are incapable of being fully responsible for crimes - it's all the fault of "institutional racism" - or so the argument goes.) Note also how the judge has given the jury the option to convict of lesser charges - a perfect opportunity for a leftist activist in the jury to sway gullible jurors while allowing them to feel they brought some form of justice to the victims. Kansas hasn't executed anyone in nearly 30 years, despite the death penalty being on the books. In any state with a long hiatus in executions, there will be a 10-15 year series of appeals going all the way up to the US Supreme Court for any death penalty case. Leftist advocacy groups such as the SPLC, ACLU, ADL, and NAACP have the money and legal staff to appeal every single capital case to the supreme court, which is essentially what has happened in the past 20 years. To make matters worse, it's now looking like a leftist fellow traveller (Sebelius) could very well be the next governor of KS. The left, who virtually controls the legal profession in this country (many law schools have systematically rooted out any conservative students for years), has a long-standing goal of abolishing capital punishment. Realizing that the death penalty retains popularity among the general public, politicians with "progressive" sympathies are quite willing to leave it on the books while no one is ever actually executed due to an endless series of appeals, legal manipulation, etc. This view is widely held even among allegedly "conservative" judges, prosecutors, and lawyers. Despite the overwhelming evidence, my guess is that the Carrs will end up with life in prison (on appeal) even if they are convicted of capital murder. While an acquittal is unlikely, the possibility of conviction on a lesser charge is quite real for the reasons stated above. I hope and pray I'm wrong, but the cultural PC rot runs deep - even in places like KS. This is why it is so very important to vote in every election and pay attention even to the races for state representative and senator - not to mention any elected judges.
