"We understand the ranchers are frustrated" with immigrants and drug smugglers crossing their lands, said Kyle Barnette, a U.S. Customs associate special agent in charge in Arizona. "However, it's not an environment that novices or amateurs should be meddling in.

Right !! That's why the gov't should get the hell out of there !!

This is what it's getting down to??

And while our very own backyard -- the US borders -- remains an unsecured sieve, the U.S. military and intelligence are spending untold billions and doggedly tracking "enemy forces" via the latest technological means in a dozen other countries around the globe.

Good thing U.S. policy-makers aren't in the car-manufacturing business as well; Standard features would include a 500 hp engine; however brakes and steering wheel would be "optional".

If the INS was doing it's job, this situation wouldn't be happening.

Citizens have a right to protect themselves and their property. That's why they are called "citizens" and not "subjects", where the Crown holds all authority for law and order. If our feckless government agencies can't do their jobs, they should get out of the way and let somebody who can and wants to do it, do it.

I predict illegal immigration and border problems will quickly decrease in this area.

I have no problem with citizens taking back the border on our side if no one else will.
Granted they put themselves at great risk, but that is their choice.
If the Gov. did it's job on the border, then private citizens wouldn't have to feel they had to.

I don't see why it isn't there right to refuse invasion across their provate land.
If we all had illegals in our back yards across the country this would be a front page issue, but since only a few land owners have trouble, this has been slapped down in the press and elsewhere.

I am far more concerned with terrorism from within -- from the masses of criminals who are here illegally -- than from Iraq. Therefore, IMHO before we attack Iraq or any other country, we have to secure our borders.

"By conducting these missions," Foote said, "we are standing shoulder to shoulder with the border county landowners in saying to the state and federal governments, 'Either you will keep these criminals off private property, or you will accept the fact that we are going to do so.' We are not going to offer them any other choices but those two." Law enforcement agencies do not appreciate the ultimatum."

Those same "Law Enforcement Agencies" are sitting around with their thumbs up their @$$e$ allowing the problem to get worse! If you aren't part of the solution, then you're part of problem.

God be with these true American patriots. Our government officials, whose salaries we pay, continue to sell us down the river. Guess they don't understand that they are selling themselves down the river also.

ILLEGAL ALIEN POEM

I come for visit, get treated regal,
So I stay, who care I illegal?

I cross border, poor and broke,
Take bus, see employment folk.

Nice man treat me good in there,
Say I need to see welfare.

Welfare say, "You come no more,
We send cash right to your door."

Welfare checks, they make you wealthy,
Medicaid it keep you healthy!

By and by, I got plenty money,
Thanks to you, American dummy.

Write to friends in motherland,
Tell them come as fast as you can.

They come in rags and Chebby trucks,
I buy big house with welfare bucks.

They come here, we live together,
More welfare checks, it gets better!

Fourteen families they moving in,
But neighbor's patience wearing thin.

Finally, white guy moves away,
Now I buy his house, and then I say,

"Find more alien! s for house to rent."
And in the yard I put a tent.

Send for family (they just trash),
But they, too, draw the welfare cash!

Everything is mucho good,
And soon we own the neighborhood.

We have hobby--it's called breeding,
Welfare pay for baby feeding. Kids need dentist? Wife need pills?
We get free! We got no bills!

American crazy! He pay all year,
To keep welfare running here.

We think America darn good place!
Too darn good for the white man race.

If they no like us, they can go,
Got lots of room in Mexico.

"It's almost militialike," Barnette said"

What the heck is this supposed to mean? It is a militia. That is why we have the Second Amendment. Remember "A well regulated Militia..."
