Did you folks hear it! Maybe he has been lurking here more than we know! Finally someone on the national stage willing to talk about what the GOP would not talk about in the 2000 Election Cycle. I wait to hear the colective wisdom of all Freepers. Thanks.

Yeah, something of a hunch.

Didn't hear it but it's always been true.

With intensity, I believe that Rush is dead on target. And I believe the dispiriting the dems are doing, running circles around the spirit of our laws, ie Lautenberg's annointing (no primary, replacing a man quitting because he did not think he could WIN and wanted to preserve a majority of dems in the senate) stinks to the highest degree.
Dems, for the most part, cannot win if they do not cheat. And they know it. A pretty sad commentary.

Don't think this isn't being
reported. There are stories all over the country about it.

Republicans get nailed because they always choose to take the high road.
They need to learn to play that against the Democrats by exposing the whole thing, on a regular basis, to the public.
Don't play at the Dems level. But point out you've found pigs in the mud.
The whole thing disgusts me.
To: taildragger
Yes I did. Is this surprising to you? I hope more voter(dims) fraud is exposed and quickly!
To: toupsie; All
The only way to get the Dems to take vote fraud seriously is for Republicans to do a better job at it--preferably with the help of Democrat operatives. Then you will see all manner of support for tough anti-fraud legislation.

The sad part is that they don't care. And neither do we. We take it on the chin every time. Just once ... once ... I wish we had somebody leading the GOP who had an ounce of cajones

Dems, for the most part, cannot win if they do not cheat. or lie... I told this to my RAT brother-in-law once and cuaght him by surprise. His eyes rolled funny as he sat silently. I think maybe a light bulb went on in his head or something. Time will tell.
To: taildragger
Did we need Rush to tell us that?
One thing I did hear is that Doug Forrester is only down by 5pts among likely voters. LET'S GO NEW JERSEY......ELECT FORRESTER
To: taildragger
The RATs always have the advantage in a close election because of their expertise at ballot fraud.
To: taildragger
Yes, I heard it!
After the 2000 Florida election mess and the NJ issue, it proves they will do anything to win - they can't win unless they cheat.

Oh, Ashcroft is doing something. That's why they are starting to scream. This will be a racist thing, attacking the rights of citizens to vote etc. This is where the entire war comes down to. Either we are willing to defend the electoral process of laws or we aren't.

If the RNC had ANY brains, they would run PSA's in key Democrat strongholds reminding citizens that voter fraud is a felony, with a subtle reminder of the jail time and fines that accompany a conviction for this CRIME.
To: taildragger
Of course they will. But it costs a lot of money and it remains to be seen if they can come up with the cash in an off-year election.

Cajones?
Republicans?
You'd be more likely to find t&&s on a pig's back.
I just read that if the Republicans win, they plan to have Trent Lott as Leader again. Isnt he the one that lost the leadership to the Democrats last time?
