Has anyone questioned whether this kid is actually 17 ?? Wonder what the INS accepts as proof of birth .Wouldn't surprise me, if they just took the alien's word as to their date of birth and they know how to play the system-it's better to be a youth- for the benefits. Saw the video of Malvo doing the perp walk and he looked older than 17.

John Lee Malvo (17) is Jamaican and an illegal. Jamaica's Foreign Affairs Ministry said a Lee Boyd Malvo is registered as having been born in Kingston on Feb. 18, 1985, to Una James and Leslie Samuel Malvo, and a Lee Malvo attended high school in Jamaica before emigrating to another Caribbean island in 1998 at age of 13. Leslie Malvo said he last saw his son in 1998.

I don't know .. but I would think maybe the Feds would be able to figure that out

And during Chief Mooses briefing he would not release the kids name and the reason he gave was that he was a minor
