John Lee Malvo (17) is Jamaican and an illegal. Jamaica's Foreign Affairs Ministry said a Lee Boyd Malvo is registered as having been born in Kingston on Feb. 18, 1985, to Una James and Leslie Samuel Malvo, and a Lee Malvo attended high school in Jamaica before emigrating to another Caribbean island in 1998 at age of 13. Leslie Malvo said he last saw his son in 1998.

Thanks for the links.I still don't put much stock in Jamaica's record keeping abilities. With the exception of the Sandals Resorts,it's still pretty much a 3rd world country, at times, bordering on total civil breakdown.Seems like our government has a double standard regarding documentation for citizens vs aliens.Our paperwork must be absolutely perfect,no exceptions. The standards seem much stricter for US citizens, than for others.
