I don't like all this talk about both Maryland and Virginia have 'stays' on the death penalty at this time. Sigh.

There is no way the people of those states will stand for no dealth penalty for these guys. Maybe that's why Mohammed chose them- the stay.

It seems that the federal penalty should allpy. I think there is at least a provision for it if one kills a law enforcement type, and one of the victems worked for the FBI.

Unless there is a different person that is the sniper,I don't see him or them continuing to breath not too much longer after the trial. It should be just as fast as McVeigh.

Don't know where you heard that about Virginia, but it is not true. There was an execution in Virginia just a few weeks ago. The Rat governor ran as a support of the death penalty, otherwise he would not have been elected. It is true in Maryland - and it is only a moratorium on executions, not on the actual deliverance of a death penalty. Chances are by the time these scumbags are tried and convicted the moratorium will be lifted, especially if Bob Ehrlich is the new Governor!

I think the Governor imposed it and he can likely lift it also.

There is no suitable punishment. It will not get rid of the fear that some felt and the memories that will haunt us for years to come.

But it will rid the world of the perpetrators of these vile acts against "THE GOOD PEOPLE OF AMERICA" who once again joined together and held each other up.
