LEOs have asked his ex-wife in Baton Rouge to not speak with the press or anyone else just yet. Her lawyer says she will have more to say when LEs let her know it is alright.
This is my theory about Malveaux. Yes, Malveaux is a problem kid , but he did not gravitate to Mohammad, he is Mohammad's son, born out of of wedlock, conceived in adultry. And even named after him. For some reason Mohammad has gotten caught up in the lie of Malveaux not being his blood son. If you notice Mohammad's track record, he has been overly domineering, mean and even frightning to his mates, causing him to loose both his wifes and all his children except the illegitimate one, John Malveaux, even named after him.
First wife and blood son had not seen him for 10 years and all of a sudden he shows up with Malveaux, his son (the truth).
Mohammad could not stand for another woman to take another child from him, Malveaux is all Mohammad has. The only one to cling to. Unfortunately, for Malveaux the only thing John Mohammad has to offer his son is lessons of hate, failure, displacement and how to become a sniper. To wound, mane, and kill innocent individuals. John Williams Muhammad cannot love his son John Malveaux and cannot even teach his son to love.

I have seen some posts ask that question
I don't know .. but I would think maybe the Feds would be able to figure that out
And during Chief Mooses briefing he would not release the kids name and the reason he gave was that he was a minor
As for Moose .. like I said .. if the news reports and there is evidence to say Chief Moose screwed this up royally .. I will be one of the first stand up and give my opinion
Until then .. back off!!
"In an interview with the Times, Muhammad's first wife, Carol Williams, described him as a nonviolent man who converted to Islam after his first divorce many years ago, about the time he joined the U.S. Army. The couple divorced 17 years ago and they had a son.
"Muhammad reportedly married a woman named Mildred Green with whom he had three children. They divorced in 2000. Williams said Green called her a few years ago to tell her Muhammad had kidnapped their children. She was reunited with them over a year ago.
"A family spokeswoman for Williams spoke to reporters Thursday afternoon. She said law enforcement officials asked Williams not to speak with the media. 'Everyone is shocked and trying to adjust that someone they know is involved in these occurrences,' the spokeswoman said

Gee....THAT clarifies things...WHO THE HECK WAS MALVO'S MOTHER??? GREEN???? WERE SHE AND WILLIAMS/MUHAMMAD MARRIED??? WHICH SPOUSE WAS HE ABUSING???
ARRrrrgh. More misinformation from our media. (**SIGH**)
I'd imagine that torked him off pretty good, him thinking he was about to become a millionaire, ten times over, and he was getting grief over a $200.000 car. LOL
I see you're point .. but legally it was seem that Mohammad had no rights to Malvo .. say then I have to ask .. did a judge up in WA think he did??
August of last year, I think...then again, it's late, and I'm probably not thinking so good.
And so did, the FBI agent that spoke at the news conference.
They DO seem to want to tax and regulate human decency to death, don't they?
It troubles me sac, that not one media person or talking head has posed the question, where is the mother now? Did she show up for her immigration hearing? It's been reported that she posted a $1500.00 bond to the INS. You have you anything on this?
;^ ) No, I won't be happy if I cave (though I may go into a corner for a while and have a small, quiet, nervous breakdown from frustration)...and "mess"...LOL...I nominate THAT for FReeper "Understatement of the Year Award"!
The judge does not know. Mohammad has conjured up this story.
HUH?? 2000?? .. those dates don't match up with the time table of Malvo
OK .. now I am totally confused
His commander in the Louisiana National Guard just said that he was court marshalled twice, once for fairlure to follow a direct order and the next time for striking a non-commissioned officer. Said he was reduced in rank from a E5 to an E4. His commander said he was a troubled young man, didn't like authority, didn't like being told what to do, called him a troublemaker.
